Vantage Elevator Solutions – Regional Project Manager


To support the rapid pace of Sales growth across the Vantage organization, we need a driven, results-oriented Project Manager to strengthen our regional team in delivering excellent customer care at every stage of the process. This job location can be in the NYC area, Miami, Chicago or LA. The Regional Project Manager, reporting to the Regional Vice President, is responsible for managing key client projects as a central connection point for Sales, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Support. Responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects – on time, within budget, and within scope. The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of projects in terms of setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, information gathering and dispersing, monitoring and summarizing progress of projects, and reporting on project status to the customer and our management team. The success of this role will be largely measured by how well projects are delivered on time, within scope and without unnecessary waste. The successful candidate will maintain a clear focus and continuous communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction with all deliverables and timelines. He or she will coordinate with other departments and operating companies to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible, and will request resources as needed to fulfill client needs. In addition, this role will also act as a casual resource for the Customer Service Center to support them during any occasional staff shortfall. Responsibilities include: - Act as a central point of contact for all stakeholders across the Sales and delivery chain - Coordinate inter-group team collaboration for the flawless execution of projects - Maintain a satisfactory process speed in order to minimize any expedited shipping costs - Communicate clearly with clients and teams to establish order details and requirements - Reduce (optimize) the Sales-to-Ship time in order to bill client faster - Measure, track and report on project performance - Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders - Perform risk management to highlight and minimize project risks - Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation - Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs - Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives Qualifications: - Minimum (3) years of experience in either the elevator industry or in a related building systems industry that demonstrates competency in project management methods - Demonstrated ability to prioritize and successfully carry out multiple assignments and meet deadlines - Proficiency in Project Management software tools and MS Office products including SharePoint, Project, Teams, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
